According to the new bill passed in the parliament, there is a provision for non-government organizations to take prior approval from the NGO Affairs Bureau to undertake any project and implement it with Foreign donations. The bill titled ‘The Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Act, 2015’ was placed for empowering the NGO bureau to inspect monitor and assess NGO activities.
